Follow these instructions to unlock your access to the world's leading medical study and reference platform.
1. This activation must be performed from a browser, preferably on a computer. The AMBOSS application cannot be used to activate the license.
2. Log in with your university credentials (CAS, Charles University‘s 8-digit personal number) to the page: https://www-amboss-com.ezproxy.is.cuni.cz/int/int-campus-access/cuni-1. For troubles with logging in, please contact admin-eiz@cuni.cz.
3. Register an AMBOSS account or log in to your existing account. Be aware that you have to activate your licence from this page, do not close the browser or open links in a different browser. You can create an account using any email address. Do not use the „Log in through your institution“ option.
Registering a new account generates an email requiring you to confirm the new account, but you still need to complete the following steps to also activate the license.
4. Once you have logged in to your account via the university network, click on the "Account & settings" icon in your dashboard and navigate to the "Activate Institutional License"-option.
5. Click on "Add new license", and select your license:
a. If you are a student, select Student Access - Charles University First Faculty of Medicine from the dropdown and click on “Next.”
--> You will be prompted to provide a university email address. Enter your university email address with the following format: @lf1.cuni.cz,@student.cuni.cz, @cuni.cz, @o365.cuni.cz. Click on "Activate License".
b. If you are a faculty member (librarians, faculty staff, professors), select Faculty Staff Access - Charles University First Faculty of Medicine from the dropdown and click on “Next.”
--> You will be prompted to provide a university email address. Enter your university email address with the following format: @lf1.cuni.cz,@student.cuni.cz, @cuni.cz, @o365.cuni.cz. Click on "Activate License".
6. You will receive an email with the confirmation link. Simply click on it and you're all set.

Pro aktivaci své licence AMBOSS postupujte podle tohoto návodu.
1. Aktivaci je nutné provést z prohlížeče, nejlépe na počítači. Licenci není možné aktivovat z aplikace.
2. Přihlaste se pomocí svých univerzitních přihlašovacích údajů (CAS, 8-místné osobní číslo Univerzity Karlovy, „jako do SISu“) na stránce: https://www-amboss-com.ezproxy.is.cuni.cz/int/int-campus-access/cuni-1. V případě problémů s přihlášením se prosím obraťte na admin-eiz@cuni.cz.
Upozorňujeme, že licenci musíte aktivovat z této stránky, neuzavírejte prohlížeč ani neotevírejte odkazy v jiném prohlížeči.
3. Vytvořte si nový AMBOSS účet nebo se přihlaste ke svému stávajícímu účtu. Účet si můžete založit na libovolnou emailovou adresu. Nepoužívejte možnost "Log in through your institution".
Registrace nového účtu vygeneruje e-mail s požadavkem na potvrzení nového účtu, ale pro aktivaci licence je stále nutné provést zbývající kroky.
4. Po přihlášení do účtu klikněte na ikonu "Account & settings" na ovládacím panelu a přejděte k možnosti "Activate Institutional License".
5. Klikněte na "Add new license" a vyberte svou licenci:
a. Pokud jste studující, vyberte z rozevíracího seznamu možnost Student Access - Charles University First Faculty of Medicine a klikněte na "Next".
--> Budete vyzváni k zadání univerzitní e-mailové adresy. Zadejte svou univerzitní e-mailovou adresu v následujícím formátu: @lf1.cuni.cz,@student.cuni.cz, @cuni.cz, @o365.cuni.cz. Klikněte na "Activate License".
b. Pokud jste vyučujícím či zaměstnancem fakulty, vyberte z rozevíracího seznamu možnost Faculty Staff Access - Charles University First Faculty of Medicine a klikněte na „Next“.
--> Budete vyzváni k zadání univerzitní e-mailové adresy. Zadejte svou univerzitní e-mailovou adresu v následujícím formátu: @lf1.cuni.cz,@student.cuni.cz, @cuni.cz, @o365.cuni.cz. Klikněte na "Activate License".
6. Následně obdržíte e-mail s potvrzovacím odkazem. Stačí na něj kliknout a vše je hotovo.
