Musculus obliquus superior bulbi
An extraocular muscle innervated by the trochlear nerve (CN IV). Functions include intorsion (internal, or medial, rotation), abduction, and depression of an adducted eyeball. It is the only extraocular muscle that can depress an adducted eye.
