A cutaneous form of tuberculosis that is caused by hematogenous, lymphatic, or contiguous spread of tuberculosis to the skin in individuals with high TB sensitivity. Manifests as plaques or nodules with ulceration and scarring over the face and neck. Diascopy reveals apple jelly nodules.
