New to AMBOSS?

  1. Create an AMBOSS account
  2. Confirm your password (via email) and follow the instructions to complete your profile
  3. Inside the AMBOSS platform, click "Account" --> "Redeem Code" (or click here) 
  4. Under the "Activate Code" section, enter or paste your access code, then click "Activate Code" 
  5. You're all set! Your access will automatically be applied to your account 

Already have an account?

  1. Log in to AMBOSS with your email address and password
  2. Inside the AMBOSS platform, click "Account" --> "Redeem Code" (or click here) 
  3. Under the "Activate Code" section, enter or paste your access code, then click "Activate Code" 
  4. You're all set! Your access will automatically be applied to your account 

Access Code Troubleshooting

My access code has already been used

Some access codes are unique, which means that they can only be used once by one person. If your access code has already been used, it means that you or someone else has already activated the code.

My access code is duplicated

Some access codes can be used by multiple people. However, you can only use each access code one time on your account! If you have already used this access code, you won't be able to apply it to your account again.

My access code is invalid or not found

Make sure that you have typed or pasted your access code in correctly. Your access code should usually have this format:
AMBOSS-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
 

My access code is expired

There is only a limited amount of time that each access code is valid. Typically, the expiration date is printed on the flyer or landing page where you received your access code.
