What You Will Do

  • Lead end-to-end development of institutional relationships in your market: from prospecting and refining messaging to engagement of key stakeholders to closing the sale.
  • Present the value proposition to fit a potential customer’s needs and overall strategic goals of a medical school/university and the hospital market.
  • Raising awareness of our AMBOSS solutions through trials, on-site and virtual demos, medical education conferences, hospital conferences & vendor exhibitions.
  • Strategize, develop and manage your sales pipeline to ensure achievement of annual revenue sales targets.
  • Steady reporting of sales performance metrics and pipeline status to drive operational efficiency and customer success.

What You Will Bring

  • Proven track record of success in consultative B2B sales; ideally over 2 years professional work experience in sales activities and partnership management.
  • Outstanding presentation skills and ability to build concise and illustrative pitch materials.
  • Strong relationship building, networking and negotiation skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, that is at ease with ambiguity
  • Experience bringing new technologies to markets.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willing and able to travel in territory (up to 30%).

  • Exposure to the university and hospital sector; medical education in particular.
  • Exposure to the agility and full-stack skill set needed in a fast growing start-up or similar environment.
