As a Head of Organic & Content Marketing, you will lead the team responsible for conceptualizing and delivering Amboss´ content marketing strategy, driving awareness, fostering engagement and creating significant impact via organic channels of communication, such as SEO, organic social, etc. At Amboss we have built a wealth of content for healthcare professionals. Therefore, the stage is set for you to build content marketing as a key marketing pillar for Amboss, and one that will support our ambitious plans to scale rapidly across the globe. This will mean working within an interdisciplinary structure, partnering with various stakeholders, and ultimately helping to improve medical care for millions of people.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • You and your team will be responsible for architecting and shaping the Organic and Content Strategy, building the team into a centre of excellence
  • Identify key pieces of content and formulate campaigns that will drive business goals
  • Help the team build appropriate content marketing mix to achieve these goals (partnering with performance marketing, CRM, and other teams as required)
  • Build, implement and optimize an always-on strategy for content marketing across organic social, organic youtube, organic reddit, etc. driving awareness and fostering engagement across these channels


WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Robust working knowledge of SEO and content marketing techniques
  • Clear understanding of marketing economics CAC/LTV and how to apply it in the context of organic marketing within a multi-channel mix
  • Team leadership skills
  • Strong analytical skills, test-and-learn iterative approach, and ability to conceptualize and measure impact of activities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to earn trust with different teams
  • You bring 8+ years of field experience, having previously managed teams
