We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to work closely with our Co-Founder and Co-CEO Madjid Salimi.

In this role, you’ll be Madjid’s right hand and know his priorities like the insides of your pockets. With your support, Madjid will be able to concentrate on making his vision a reality. You will manage his diary and be the first point of contact for external and internal stakeholders.

You’ll build meaningful relationships and be across business priorities in order to plan, support and follow up on agendas and the work Madjid’s teams are doing, often communicating the guidance from Madjid to his teams.

You’ll work very closely with recruiting by coordinating interviews with our Talent Acquisition Team, ensuring Madjid has the prep materials, tracking decision meetings and their outcomes and being a point of contact for candidates who interview with him.

What you’ll bring

  • You have meaningful experience in executive support and you love working as an EA.
  • You have a positive, service-oriented mindset and a strong sense of end-to-end ownership and follow through.
  • You are good at improvising and can be flexible as situations change.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can translate CEO-speak to a broader audience.
  • You are very organised, with mature judgment, knowing what to focus on and what deprioritise.
  • You have experience in partnering with recruiting to drive hiring results.
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic, international start-up/scale-up environment.
  • You have excellent language skills in English, with at least a basic knowledge of German; knowledge of Italian is a big plus, due to our office in Cagliari.
