We are looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to empower our Sales Team and elevate our consultative selling impact with medical schools and hospitals in our key markets around the world. With our mixed team of veterans and new joiners, plus our wealth of existing resources in Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, and B2B Marketing, you’ll have a chance to focus on developing meaningful internal programs and building relationships with the Sales Team members.

What you’ll do:

  • Work alongside Sales Leadership and Marketing, under guidance of Sales Operations, to establish Sales enablement priorities and project plans
  • Ensure all new Sales team members are enabled and prepared to hit quota by owning onboarding and ongoing training.
  • Working closely with B2B Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success to ensure the right content is being created to enable the sales team to sell more. Ensuring sales reps understand how and when to effectively use that content for each stage of the buyer’s purchasing process.
  • Facilitate and lead working sessions and ongoing project meetings to drive ongoing development of our Sales talent
  • Drive adoption and execution of agreed upon best practices and playbooks to drive predictable sales outcomes.
  • Work with leadership to plan impactful Sales events and trainings

Requirements

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement for b2b, saas, or other enterprise sales models
  • Experience supporting a global sales team
  • Experience with Sales and Marketing domain (e.g. Sales Operations, Sales, Sales Training, CRM, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Field Marketing).
  • A passion for helping others. You are a natural coach who is interested and invested in the performance and growth of our salespeople.
  • Strong collaboration and cross-functional skills. Collaborating with other departments is crucial to success in this role. You will be proactively engaging with other teams and advocating for the needs of the sales team.
  • Strong project management skills, literacy with data, and ability to measure and track key metrics. The drive for greater sales efficiency will require very high data literacy.
