AMBOSS is a company built by doctors, for doctors with the mission of making medical information universally accessible and effective. After the successful launch of our global platform in 2017, we want to further expand our teams and for this we would need help finding and binding the best people, as Talent Acquisition Manager (f/m/d) it is in your hands!


  • Take ownership of the recruitment process end to end, from discussing the job description with your Hiring Managers to job postings/active sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling and interviewing candidates and negotiating offers
  • Develop and modify recruiting strategies depending on the position (e.g. LinkedIn strategy, working with kununu & Glassdoor, recruitment events)
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers and your colleagues in the HR Team to understand current and future hiring needs and find solutions together
  • Create recruiting related reports and improve our recruiting KPIs over time
  • Develop tests/assignments with Hiring Managers that predict the candidates’ fit for the position
  • Manage and constantly optimize the candidates’ experience throughout the recruitment processes  
  • Work with the HR & Marketing Team to improve our Employer Branding
  • Representing AMBOSS in the job market and job fairs


  • 2+ years experience with recruitment or a background in a customer facing profession, think e.g. of sales or account management
  • A near native command over the English language and the ability to hear what hasn’t been said directly
  • Analytical skills and an interest in understanding our business and the Hiring Managers’ needs in depth, and being comfortable challenging them if necessary to find the best solutions
  • Genuine interest in people and a passion for networking
  • Outstanding interpersonal as well as communication skills
  • Hands-on, team-oriented and results-driven
  • Interested in recruitment trends and open to experiment with new methods & tools
  • A strong interest in our product and vision to improve global health
