<p>Wir sind AMBOSS und suchen zur Erweiterung unseres Redaktionsteams  eine:n Redakteur:in für unsere studentischen AMBOSS-Inhalte.</p><p>Um unser Programm weiter auszubauen, suchen wir in der Redaktion aktuell tatkräftige Unterstützung von engagierten Mediziner:innen und Naturwissenschaftler:innen aus angrenzenden Disziplinen, die mit uns gemeinsam die Inhalte für Medizinstudierende erweitern und optimieren wollen.</p><p>Wir haben mit unserer Redakteurin Claudia Lühmann gesprochen, die uns erzählt hat, wie du in dieser Rolle unsere Mission unterstützen würdest.<br></p><p>“Mit deiner Arbeit in der Redaktion hilfst du Medizinstudierenden, sich im Dschungel der Medizin zurechtzufinden: Egal ob Vorklinik oder Klinik - deine Texte setzen einen klaren Fokus und schaffen Verständnis. Mit der Kommentierung der Examensfragen erleichterst du es jedes Jahr 1000en Studierenden, die Staatsexamina zu bestehen und endlich Arzt zu werden.”</p><h3> <br>In den ersten 12 Monaten wirst du:<br> </h3><ul> <li>für das AMBOSS-Lerntool studentische  Inhalte überarbeiten und  neu erstellen, z.B. an Examina, Kapiteln und Multimedia-Inhalten arbeiten.</li> <li>die Aktualität der Inhalte sicherstellen, sie an die neuen Herausforderungen des Medizinstudiums anpassen und Feedback von Nutzer:innen  einarbeiten.</li> <li>bei  der Konzeption neuer Produkte für den Studierenden-Markt mithelfen und damit das Nutzungsspektrum für unsere User:innen erweitern und optimieren.</li> <li>uns ggf. auch bei der Organisation und Durchführung des M3-Live Seminars unterstützen.</li> <li>gemeinsam mit dem Team an der Entwicklung, Priorisierung und Planung neuer Themen arbeiten. </li> </ul><h3> <br>Du bringst mit:<br> </h3><ul> <li>starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein sehr differenziertes schriftliches Ausdrucksvermögen.</li> <li>Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und einwandfreie Beherrschung der medizinischen Fachsprache; fließende Englischkenntnisse.</li> <li>ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Humanmedizin oder angrenzender Naturwissenschaften.</li> <li>erste Erfahrungen als Redakteur:in oder Lehrende:r, die dir helfen können, bei AMBOSS einzusteigen.</li> <li>Erfahrung in der Nutzung von AMBOSS als Pluspunkt.</li> </ul><p><br></p> <h3>Du hast Freude an:</h3><ul> <li>Rechercheaufgaben und dem Verfassen von Texten, mit Blick fürs Detail und den zielgruppengerechten Stil.</li> <li>intensiver Teamarbeit mit einer offenen Feedbackkultur.</li> <li>der Einarbeitung in neue Themen und dem Erlernen neuer Fähigkeiten.</li> </ul><p><br></p><h3>So sieht dein Interviewprozess bei uns aus:</h3> <ul> <li>Ein 30-minütiges Gespräch mit einer/m unserer Talent Aqcuisition Manager, um dich kennenzulernen, etwas mehr über deine Karrierewünsche zu erfahren und dir einige Einblicke in die Rolle und das Team zu geben.</li> <li>Ein Assessment, in dem du in einer praktischen Aufgabe deine Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten zeigst.</li> <li>Ein 60-minütiges Interview mit Mitgliedern des Teams, um tiefer in die Details der Rolle einzutauchen und deine Qualifikation für die Position zu prüfen.</li> </ul><h3> <br>Benefits</h3><p>AMBOSSSians erzählen uns, dass eine innovative Arbeit ihnen Antrieb gibt und sie sich durch Mitarbeiter-Benefits wertgeschätzt und in ihrer Arbeit bestärkt fühlen.
